We do not warrant that the appearance, fit or results of any product purchased by you will exactly match your expectations or appear identical to the product as displayed on our website.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of products available to any person, household, geographic region or jurisdiction.

UNIKA products are intended as fashion, underwear and body-shaping garments. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.

Section 3 — Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.

UNIKA reserves the right to accept, decline, limit or cancel an order for any reasonable reason.

Your order is not accepted until UNIKA confirms acceptance, processes the payment or begins fulfillment.

We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, including:

UNIKA may be unable to accommodate cancellation or modification requests after an order has been accepted or entered processing.

Your purchases are subject to return, refund or exchange solely in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply.

UNIKA offers free standard shipping on eligible orders. Any expedited delivery option or other additional service selected at checkout may be charged separately.

We may offer promotions that affect pricing and are governed by separate conditions. If there is a conflict between a promotion’s specific terms and these Terms of Service, the promotion’s specific terms will apply.

Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery

Orders are normally processed within:

1–5 business days

After dispatch, standard delivery normally takes:

6–21 business days

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Delivery estimates begin from the date the order is dispatched, not from the date the order is placed.

All processing and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

UNIKA is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping or delivery providers

  • Customs processing

  • Public holidays

  • Severe weather

  • High shipping volumes

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Security or regulatory inspections

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Events outside our reasonable control

Depending on product availability and the customer’s location, products may be shipped through international fulfillment partners.

Products in the same order may be shipped separately, have different tracking numbers or arrive on different dates.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for monitoring tracking information, delivery attempts and collection notices.

Additional shipping conditions are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Section 6 — Returns, Refunds and Hygiene-Sensitive Products

All returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 15 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date.

For hygiene, health and safety reasons, the following products are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return, refund or exchange due to change of mind, sizing preference, fit or personal preference:

  • Bras

  • Underwear

  • Shaping panties

  • Briefs

  • Thongs

  • Other intimate garments

  • Free gifts

  • Complimentary promotional items

  • Items marked as Final Sale

Eligible bodysuits and other shapewear products may only be returned when they satisfy all conditions described in our Return and Refund Policy.

This includes being unworn, unwashed, unaltered and returned with all original tags, hygienic seals and protective liners intact.

This restriction does not affect mandatory consumer rights when a product arrives defective, damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description.

Section 7 — Product Use and Health Disclaimer

UNIKA products are designed to provide support, compression and a shaping appearance.

They do not guarantee:

  • Weight loss

  • Permanent changes to the body

  • Medical benefits

  • Identical results for every customer

  • A specific change in clothing size

Customers are responsible for selecting an appropriate size and following the care and usage instructions provided with the product.

You should stop using a product if it causes:

  • Pain

  • Numbness

  • Restricted breathing

  • Severe discomfort

  • Skin irritation

  • Another adverse reaction

Customers who are pregnant, recovering from surgery or managing a medical condition should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using compression garments.

Information provided through our website is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice.

Our Services, including all trademarks, brand names, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, videos, audio, website designs and the selection and arrangement thereof, are owned by UNIKA, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

All other names, logos and trademarks displayed through the Services belong to their respective owners.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless UNIKA, Shopify and our respective affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers from third-party claims, losses, damages or liabilities arising from:

  4. Your violation of another person’s rights.

They supersede earlier communications, proposals or agreements concerning the same subject matter.
